PromtStudio provides an AI-powered image-to-prompt generation tool. Users can upload images and receive generated text prompts suitable for use with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

The prompts generated by the Service are owned by you. However, the Service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PromtStudio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Free and Paid Plans

PromtStudio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited usage quotas. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PromtStudio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PromtStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

AI-generated prompts may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific needs. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of generated prompts. You use the generated content at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
